Refund policy

Refunds can be issued to original payment method or store credit are within 14 days of order delivery. Black Daisy Art Studios is not responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions. We are not responsible for any order cancelation or refunds due to failure to select the appropriate payment method.

Return policy is effective once order is placed. We offer refunds and store credits for items returned within 14 days of order delivery date. Items must be undamaged and unused. Returns requests must be approved before item is returned. If item is no longer available, a refund to the original payment method will be issued or your store credit can be used to purchase any available item.

Please send your return requests to blackdaisyartstudios@gmail.com within 14 days of order delivery date. A member of our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days. 

If you received the wrong item or defective/damaged item (any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error), please contact us at blackdaisyartstudios@gmail.com and include images of the damaged items. We will happily replace and cover all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
